Residential Lettings

Mannix Property Services have extensive knowledge of the rental market in Kerry. We are committed to getting your property let as quickly as possible with reliable tenants at current market rents. We offer a superb level of service to ensure we meet the landlord’s needs.

Our service includes:

• inspection and assessment of the property, including market preparation advice
• current market rental valuation
• advertising and marketing the property on social media and our company website
• dealing with queries from prospective tenants and arranging tenant viewing
• full referencing on potential tenants (employers, previous landlord, photo ID, PPS numbers)
• arranging for BER certs and any other legal requirements
• preparing all lease documentation

• registering the tenancy with Private Residents Tenancy Board
• completing a full inventory of the contents and condition of the property
• collecting deposit and first month’s rent
• transferring utilities into tenants’ name, meter readings and finalising utility transfers/accounts
• supplying a Statement of Account to landlord

Agricultural Lettings

Looking to make a tax-free income from your land? Our local knowledge and many years’ experience mean we are very well placed to find reliable tenants who will look after your land. We can:

• provide you with a letting appraisal for your property
• produce Service Agreement (legally required by Property Services Regulatory Authority)
• advise you on short- and long-term leases of your lands (generally 5 or 7 years)
• arrange the lease or sale of your BPS entitlements
• agree a schedule of works that the tenant is to undertake throughout the lease
